AI Software Licensing

Our own AI software, on terms you understand.

We develop our own AI-powered business software, including CRM systems and other in-house solutions, and license it to companies.

Why it matters

AI software is easy to try and harder to license well.

License models differ, and so do usage rights. Questions about data, privacy and compliance often surface only after a contract is signed and the software is in daily use. For our own software, we settle those questions with you before you sign, so the license fits your business and your obligations.

What we offer

From first question to ongoing support

  1. Proprietary software

AI-powered business software we develop in-house, including CRM systems and other business applications. Scope, terms and fees are set out in a written license agreement.

  2. Needs assessment and fit check

We start with your use cases, users, data and existing systems, not with a product. Then we tell you honestly whether our software is right for them, and where it is not.

  3. License models

Subscription, seat-based, usage-based or enterprise: each model suits a different pattern of use. We help you choose the one that matches your expected usage, with costs you can see in advance.

  4. Configuration and rollout

We configure the software for your teams and roll it out in agreed phases, with clear ownership of licenses and guidelines for internal use.

  5. Usage rights, data and privacy

What you may do with the software and its outputs, where your data is processed and stored, and whether it may be used to improve the software. We set this out in writing, for you and your legal counsel to review.

  6. Support and updates

Support for your users, updates as the software develops, and license administration: seats, usage and renewal dates, reviewed at agreed intervals.

Process

How it works

  1. No. 01

    Understand

We learn how your teams work, which tasks the software should support, and which data it would touch.

  2. No. 02

    Fit check

We demonstrate the software against your use cases and tell you honestly whether it fits, including on data handling and compliance.

  3. No. 03

    Offer and agreement

You receive a written offer with the license model, usage rights and fees. The license agreement sets them out in full before you sign.

  4. No. 04

    Rollout

The software is configured for your teams, and the rollout follows an agreed plan.

  5. No. 05

    Support and renewal

Support, updates, seats and usage are reviewed at agreed intervals, so the license keeps matching how the software is used.

Checklist

Five questions to ask before you license AI software

Questions we think every customer should be able to answer, about our software or any other.

  1. What happens to our data?

Where are inputs and outputs processed and stored? Are they used to train or improve the software or its underlying models, and can you opt out? How long are they retained, and how are they deleted when the contract ends?

  2. Who may use the outputs, and for what?

Check your rights to the content the software produces, any limits on commercial use, and whether the license offers any protection, such as an indemnity, if an output leads to a third-party claim.

  3. How will costs change as usage grows?

Compare seat-based and usage-based pricing against realistic volumes. Look for overage charges, minimum commitments and price changes at renewal. A pilot for ten people can cost very differently once it serves the whole company.

  4. What exactly does the license permit?

Clarify who may use the software (employees, contractors, affiliates), in which countries, and for which purposes. Ask which compliance obligations, for example under data protection or AI-specific rules in your markets, fall on you as the user.

  5. How do we exit?

Know the term, renewal and notice periods. Confirm that you can export your data in a usable format, and what happens if the product changes, prices rise or the software is discontinued.
